Financial Reporting

We track your financials and reports to you monthly through our secure, advanced and fully automated web-based accounting system. With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment.

You’ll receive an income and expense statement every month. At the end of the year we will send you a full year-to-date statement, and a 1099-MISC form is filed with the IRS with a copy going to you as well.

In your client portal, you'll have the ability to pull any report at any time, find copies of every invoice and bill paid, send money for repairs or submit requests directly to us.

Some other financial tasks we take off of your plate:

• Monthly Invoicing

  In an effort to keep tenants current with their monthly rent payments, we send them a detailed invoice breakdown to remind them of upcoming payments along with several reminders prior to the due date.

• Expenses

  We pay all vendors on behalf of the property on time. Anytime a payment is made, owners are notified in real-time. The benefit to a small team is that you won’t have a handful of untrained property managers approving unnecessary expenses. We adhere to a strict standard of review when it comes to your account and you can choose to be as involved or hands off as you’d like to be.
